Responsible manufacturing
At Interwolf we are aware that manufacturing comes with a responsibility towards the environment. Our approach is based on the rational use of resources, controlled waste management and process optimisation aimed at reducing environmental impact.
Waste management and recycling
In the production process we consistently separate waste materials and work with appropriately certified partners for their treatment.
- Waste oils are sent for organised recycling.
- Metal waste is returned for further processing.
- Packaging materials are separated and sent for recycling.
- Production waste is handled in accordance with applicable legislation.
This system ensures traceability and responsible handling of all types of waste in line with environmental regulations.
Optimising material use
Cold forming as the basic production method allows very high material efficiency, as the material is not cut away but plastically deformed. This reduces the amount of waste and increases the efficiency of raw material use.
When planning production, we strive for optimal wire utilisation, less scrap and stable processes that prevent unnecessary material losses.
Packaging and logistics
When packing products, we use rational packaging solutions adapted to customer and logistics requirements. Where possible, we use recyclable materials and optimise packaging quantities to reduce waste.
Through stable production and delivery planning we reduce the logistical impact and optimise transport routes.
Long-term responsibility
We see environmental care as part of responsible company management. This includes compliance with legislation, process control, cooperation with certified external contractors and continuous efficiency improvement.
The aim is not merely to comply with regulations, but to ensure long-term stability and responsible operation in a manufacturing environment.
